Vincent Garcia is an associate broker who came to us from the City of Tampa Municipality Government after 12 years as a real estate contract specialist and in economic development.
Through his years of working with the city, Vincent gained expert knowledge in: land use, zoning, title research and development. Vincent has also worked closely with banks and facilitates with distressed properties, short sales and foreclosures.
Vincent furthered his education by taking courses in community redevelopment and property appraisal. He also served on the community redevelopment agency for the Drew Park area. Vincent has also taken part in community service including the heart walk and also the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer walk in St. Petersburg.

Tampa native since 1981, Derek attended Buchanan Jr. High, Chamberlain H.S. (track), and graduated from Gaither H.S. (football and track). Clearwater and St. Pete are his backyard and weekend home. When Derek is not working, he has many hobbies and sports enthusiast, and will find him at the beach, playing golf, and tennis.
David J. Rosenthal
David Rosenthal, Sales associate, graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he received a Bachelor's in Finance and a Masters in Accounting. Beginning his career at Ernst & Young, David served as a Big Four Accountant, focusing on client services and analyzing Financial Statements. A Tampa native since 1991, David attended Tampa Preparatory High School in Downtown Tampa where he played Soccer, Basketball, and ran Cross Country.

At Colliers, Joseph was directly responsible for servicing 20 clients with 25 properties consisting of 4.5 million square feet of flex/industrial parks, office buildings and retail shopping centers. As a leader in his field, Josephâ€™s goals for every client is to ensure profitability by generating additional income while keeping operating expenses as low as possible, maximize net operating income and facilitate optimum performance of the portfolio.
Sherman Brod is the Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corporate Attorney. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association. He has been practicing law for 40 years in the Tampa area. He has been working with Frank Grimaldi and the Grimaldi group for over 20 years. He has a general practice with an emphasis on real estate transactions, contract review and escrow services.
Rebekah comes to Grimaldi Commercial Realty Corp. as an Administrative Marketing coordinator with extensive years of experience in various sectors of the commercial real estate industry.
